Templates

ADVANTAGES OF USING CSS:
One advantage of using CSS is that it allows most of the information; such as: font colours, background styles, element alignments, borders and sizes, to be moved to a seperate style sheet resulting in considerably simpler HTML markup.
CSS can also define color, font, text alignment, size, borders, spacing, layout and many other typographic characteristics independently for on-screen and printed views. It also defines non-visual styles such as the speed and emphasis with which text is read out by aural text readers.

What can be changed using templates?
font colours, background styles, element alignments, borders and sizes can all be changed using templates.

What cannot be changed using the template options?
The actual content of the blog posts cannot be changed using the template options.

Why is accessibiliity worth considering in webpage design?
accessibility is worth considering in webpage design to get an idea whether your webpage can be accessed by the specific audience to which it is aimed. When designing your webpage you need to make sure it can be viewed and understood by your audience.

In my blog i used the template options to change the font and colour of my text and headings as well as the font and colour of the links. I also altered the colour of the borders.

  2. Hey there, I like the layout of your blog! It's easy to understand and your information on CSS & Accessability is really helpful. I like that you have links to sites that interest you, such as the art site. It's a good way for me to check out new and exciting sites. Keep sharing ur favourite sites, especially on art etc cos i'd love to check them out.
